Monthly Spa Memberships
Membership Details:
- To enroll in a membership, you will need a valid ID & Credit Card.
- Your contract is a 4 month agreement, & will automatically renew each month.
- Membership dues will be charged to your credit card on the 1st, 15th or 30th of each month as agreed upon by Polished Skin Spa & Wellness Ctr. and client.
- Each additional service will be 20% Off for members. If you receive any additional services throughout the month, your credit card will be charged accordingly per service upon check out.
Membership Spa Service choices are as follows:
Skin Care Therapy: $45.00 mth
Includes 1 Facial/Peel per mth w/exceptions
Airbrush Spray Tanning: $99.00 mth
Includes 4 full body Spray Tans mth
Massage Therapy: $49.00 mth
Includes 1 Full Body Massage per mth
- Schedule your services in advance to ensure that you receive the date, time & service provider you prefer.
- Please provide 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid being charged for your service.
- Spa Membership dues do not include gratuities.
- Gift memberships may be purchased at any time. Please ask a front desk associate for details.
- Spa membership pricing may not be used in combination with any other promotional offers or specials to include Groupon, Living Social, Deal Chicken etc.
